Delivery Rules
There are 3 different standard delivery charges they will be £ 7.95, £15.95 or £34.95*, depending on the items ordered.
The Delivery Charges will be as follows:
ONE SINGLE SMALL ITEM – with a standard delivery time of 5-7 working days, depending on stock levels will be £7.95
TWO OR MORE SMALL ITEMS – with a standard delivery tome of 5-7 working days depending on stock levels will be £15.95
ANY LARGE OR FRAGILE ITEMS – with a standard delivery time of 5-7 working days depending on stock levels will be £34.95*
Where does THE BATH HOUSE deliver?
Delivery is restricted to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight, some postcodes may have extra charges depending upon postcode. Please see full terms.
How quickly can I expect my delivery?
We will endeavour to deliver most products within 7 working days unless specified, however some products may take longer due to unforeseen supplier/manufacturer issues, all delivery dates are given as an estimated and realistic lead time.
Our delivery hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 18:00pm GMT, excluding UK bank holidays. Although we endeavour to deliver the majority of orders within the Delivery Times stated, these times are a guideline only, and are not guaranteed. It should be noted that delivery in some cases may exceed 28 days, including special order / bespoke items, notice will be given at point of order.
How will you know when your goods will arrive?
You will reeive an email conformation acknowledging the order placed, we will notify you within 24 hours (except weekends / bank holidays) with a delivery date, we cannot unfortunately give exact delivery times, although we can give a guide of AM or PM.
Next day delivery on selected products?
**Certain products on the website are available for a next day “fast track” delivery service if you place the order before Noon (12.00pm). If you do require next day please mark the appropriate box within the check options, If you have any questions regarding this option or wish to enquire about next day delivery on an existing order please contact enquires@thebathhouseonline.co.uk or telephone 0844 8001708 for assistance.
NOTE: Orders made before 12.00pm Monday-Thursday may qualify for next day delivery. Weekend orders or orders made out of our working hours will be processed on the next available working day for a next day delivery option, Any orders received after 12.00 pm requiring a next day delivery will be processed and sent out on the next available working day, Friday orders will be processed Monday and processed for delivery on Tuesday, (All options are dependent upon stock & courier availability).
Large / Fragile (Palletised) Deliveries
Palletised deliveries will be delivered as close to your front door as possible, if the location is unreachable due to location or any other obstruction (apartment blocks or narrow streets)delivery will be made as near to the delivery address as possible. The driver is NOT insured to take products inside the property, the delivery will be made as close to the front door as possible, for palletised deliveries, we advise a minimum of 2 able bodied persons to accept the delivery and carry the goods inside.
